The Azgari Foundation believes entrepreneurship is the path to economic freedom—and that path should be open to everyone, regardless of financial circumstances.
We provide scholarships to two distinct entrepreneurship programs: one designed for adults ready to launch, acquire, or scale their businesses, and one designed for youth learning the foundations of business and digital skills.
Whether it's a working professional who can't afford business training, an underserved founder without access to mentorship, or a young person who needs exposure to entrepreneurial thinking—our scholarships remove barriers and create opportunity.
Through these scholarships, we're building a pipeline of successful entrepreneurs across generations.
We're making that investment accessible to everyone through entrepreneurship scholarships.
The Azgari Foundation is organized to operate exclusively for charitable and educational purposes. Upon approval of our 501(c)(3) application, we will be recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our organization is structured to:

Additional funding sources include: Corporate sponsorships, foundation grants (upon 501(c)(3) determination), individual charitable contributions, and equipment donations (laptops, software licenses).
"Entrepreneurship isn't just about starting a business—it's about building the life you want. Everyone deserves access to that path."— Azgari Lipshy, Founder
Founder & Executive Director
Azgari Lipshy is a serial entrepreneur, business educator, and author who has helped founders launch service-based businesses accross the US. After years of teaching entrepreneurship to clients, Azgari recognized that the people who needed this education most—underserved adults and youth—often couldn't afford it.
This realization led to the creation of the Azgari Foundation, which uses revenue from paid services to fund scholarships for those who can't afford entrepreneurship education. The Foundation's model ensures that business success creates opportunity for others.
Azgari serves as a volunteer mentor with SCORE and speaks regularly on entrepreneurship, AI for business, and economic opportunity. Her goal: help adults build businesses that create wealth, and help youth develop the skills and mindset to become the entrepreneurs of tomorrow.
